Meet Zach McClanahan

WORKING CLASS ROOTS. THE COURAGE TO FIGHT.

I'm running for the United States Senate to give working Illinoisans a voice that can't be bought, controlled, or ignored.

Why I’m Running

I'M NOT A POLITICIAN.

I know what it’s like to work for a paycheck, earn every dollar, and watch too much of it disappear into a government that always seems to want more.

I’m not running for the United States Senate because I want to join the political class. I can’t stand the political class. I’m running because the people making decisions in Washington have no idea what those decisions cost working families back home.

Illinois families are getting hit from every direction. Our taxes are among the highest in the country. Groceries, utilities, housing, and just about everything else cost more. Violent crime gets ignored while repeat offenders are released back into our communities. Sanctuary policies put politics ahead of public safety. And the people responsible always have someone else to blame.

I’ve worked with my hands. I’ve built businesses. I’ve worried about bills, stretched paychecks as far as they could go, and carried the responsibility that comes with knowing other people are counting on you. I know what it’s like when there’s no safety net and no room for excuses.

That’s why I’m running.

I believe public office should belong to citizens, not career politicians. I believe the Constitution still matters. I believe our government should protect our communities, defend our freedoms, and answer to the people who pay for it.

Working Americans don’t need another politician pretending to understand them. They need a real seat at the table. A table that belongs to us in the first place.

I’m asking for the chance to fight for the you, as one of you. The people they’ve forgotten.

Zach McClanahan Candidate for United States Senate

The Standard

WHAT ZACH BELIEVES. WHAT HE WILL NEVER COMPROMISE.

America First

Every vote, policy, and negotiation begins with one simple question: does this put Americas first?

Working-Class Power

The people who build, fix, grow, move, teach, protect, and serve this country deserve leadership that understands their lives.

Accountability

Public officials should tell the truth, do the job, answer for failure, and never treat elected office like a permanent career.

Constitutional Rights

The Constitution isn't a suggestion. Our rights don't disappear because government finds them inconvenient or intimidating.

Illinois workers and families

Citizen Leadership

THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD THIS COUNTRY SHOULD BE THE PEOPLE WHO LEAD IT.

Not lobbyists. Not career politicians. Not a political party.
